Under the theme “Pharmacist: Meeting Global Health Needs,” the event featured a variety of engaging programs. Students participated in a lively quiz competition that tested their knowledge of pharmacy and global health issues. They also showcased their creativity through poster presentations focused on the theme, highlighting the crucial role pharmacists play in addressing healthcare challenges. Additionally, a thought-provoking debate was held on the impact of AI technology in the pharmacy profession, where students explored the opportunities and challenges presented by this emerging field.
Al Azhar College of Pharmacy celebrated Onam 2024 with vibrant cultural events that showcased the rich traditions of Kerala. The festivities commenced with a lively Shingari Melam, setting a joyous tone for the day. Inaugurated by M.D. Adv. Mijas K. M., the celebration featured a variety of Onam-related games that engaged students and faculty alike. The highlight of the event was the traditional Sadya, a grand feast that brought everyone together to savor authentic Onam dishes, fostering a sense of community and cultural appreciation.
