The World Diabetes Day 2025 was observed on 14 November 2025 at 10:30 AM in the Seminar Hall of Al Azhar College of Pharmacy. The programme was organized by IQAC in association with the Department of Pharmacy Practice and featured Ms. Vijayalakshmi S., Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacy Practice, as the resource person. The session focused on raising awareness about diabetes, its prevention, management strategies, and the crucial role of pharmacists in promoting patient education and safe medication practices. The programme successfully educated students on maintaining healthy lifestyles and understanding the impact of diabetes on public health.
