World AIDS Day was observed on 1st December 2025 at the Seminar Hall of Al Azhar College of Pharmacy with an awareness programme and poster-making activity, organized jointly by IQAC, SSGP, and NSS. The programme was coordinated by Ms. Anju Jose and Ms. Jeena Ann John, Associate Professors, with the objective of creating awareness about HIV/AIDS, its prevention, and the importance of eliminating stigma and discrimination. Students actively participated in the poster-making competition, creatively expressing key messages related to awareness, prevention, and social responsibility, making the programme informative, engaging, and socially relevant.
