The World Pharmacist Day 2025 celebration was held at 10:00 AM in the Seminar Hall of Al Azhar College of Pharmacy, organized by IQAC in association with the MedChem Club, focusing on the global theme “Think Health, Think Pharmacist.” The programme featured Ms. Silvy George, Store Superintendent (Retired), Government General Hospital, Ernakulam, as the resource person, who highlighted the indispensable role of pharmacists in strengthening healthcare systems and ensuring patient well-being. The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Shyam Kumar B., Principal, and concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Sari S. Nair, Vice Principal. The session effectively emphasized the evolving responsibilities of pharmacists and inspired students to uphold professionalism, compassion, and excellence in pharmacy practice.
